This is a darling, inexpensive gift for the neighbors... Fold a white piece of paper so that you see a solid white surface. Decorate like a cute snowman! Wrap the paper around a bag of microwave popcorn. Slip a pair of gloves on top for a hat, tie with a cute ribbon!
