It's Day 2 and we are sharing DIY Gift Ideas!
My gift idea is another simple one, but very popular these days! I know you will love making these as they are all the rage. So what is this oh-so-popular gift? A Rae Dunn mug!
You will need:
Good blank mugs (I get mine at Dollar Tree)
A Rae Dunn font (I use Blackbirdie Farmhouse)
A cricut machine or a great friend who will cut these out for you
Words. (I used Jingle, Believe, Jolly, and Santa
Step 1.
Wash and dry mugs.Step 2.
Cut the words from your cricut or have your friend do it.Step 3.
Apply the vinyl words carefully to the mugs.Step 4.
Allow to sit a day or two for the vinyl to adhere well. That's it! You are finished.
I typically give the mugs without anything in them. These days people have their favorite coffee, teas, even cocoas. I let them fill it with their choice of goodies.
Handwash these mugs and be gentle on the lettering on front. My mugs are doing well, but the font is thin.
