New to this year's event is the Ornament Giveaway! Here's how it works. Visit each blogger to see the ornament that they are giving away. The photo below shows all the different ornaments. Follow their directions and you will be registered to win that ornament!
My ornament is this cute clear ball filled with natural pinecones and some artificial greens. My husband and I started camping this year (again!) and this is my homage to our good times. To register for this ornament, you need to do two things: Follow me on Pinterest (click the link!) and leave a comment with your email address (so I can contact you if you win!) Last day to enter is Friday, November 27, 2020.
Good luck to everyone who enters!
This year I am sharing with you my wire tree. I adore wire trees, you can keep them up all year and change out the ornaments seasonally. For this Christmas, I put the wire tree in my den and decorated it with the hot trend of red/black buffalo plaid. I am loving this look and thankfully, it was so popular that I was able to get a lot of my decor from Dollar Tree! You can see the whole room in this post.
I purchased this wire tree in the late 1990s. I had it in my kitchen and I put gingerbread ornaments on it. The branches are solid metal. For this year's tree, I wired on the greenery and bows. TIP: Place ornaments on tree before you wire on the greens and bows!

I purchased the tree skirt from Etsy here. It's not made for a wire tree, but when I saw it, I knew I wanted it. It is so well made, especially for this price. I used tiny fairy lights that I already owned for the tree, and they are battery-operated. I go through a set of two batteries a week, and I have the lights on several hours every night.
Wire trees are so fun to have around. I love the narrow profile because you can tuck them away in small spaces. You can find some wire trees on Amazon here. I hope you enjoyed my Red and Black Buffalo Tree!
