Our family loves eggnog. These eggnog-flavored cookies are so delicious, especially served chilled from the refrigerator! We like to sprinkle freshly grated nutmeg on top of each warm cookie. This really brings out the eggnog flavor. We use store-bought eggnog, the thicker kind, for the cookies. Our homemade eggnog is a thinner product that makes the cookies spread too thin.
